Rice Bubble Slice

In Room 11 we made gooey rice bubble slice. It was sticky and chewy. After eating the rice bubble slice we wrote a poem about it. Here is our poem.

Rice Bubble Slice

Crunch crunch crunch
Rice bubbles stuck on

Looking like clouds

Sticky and gooey

Like a marshmallow spider web

Warm and buttery

Stretching like chewing gum

Munch munch munch

I like it.

If you would like to make rice bubble slice at home you can use this recipe.

Rice Bubble Slice

Melt 125g of butter and 100g of sugar in a pot.
Stir in marshmallows and rice bubbles.
Scoop in to a tray and leave to set.
Cut into squares.
