The children planted daffodil bulbs in our garden and today we saw two green shoots coming through the soil.
The children watched these videos of daffodils then talked about them. We made the children's ideas into this poem.
Daffodils
growing in the spring
with noses like trumpets
waving in the breeze
millions in a paddock
giggling at the wind tickling them
swaying and dancing for the cars
written by room 11 children
Wow Mrs Will, what an amazing video. You are very clever. I love in your poem when you say the wind is tickling the daffodils, I can imagine the picture in my head .
