Silverbeet sausage rolls.
On Tuesday we picked our humongus silverbeet leaves. Billie found 3 snails on her leaf and so did Eva! After cutting lots of leaves we walked quietly to the staffroom past Mr McKenzie's office. All the children took turns at washing and cutting the leaves. Then we sat around the long table and Mrs Will spread out the pastry. Next the children spread the sausage meat and silverbeet on top and we rolled it all up. Eva, Brodie, Billie and Aminio cut the long rolls into 10 pieces. While we ate our lunch the silverbeet sausage rolls cooked and after lunch we ate them. They were so yummy and delicious that we ate every last bit. They were so tasty.

Lovin the room 11 blogspot, a great idea,

Would you be able to put the silverbeet soup recipe on here, as Daniel really seemed to enjoy it, and would like mum to make some at home, thankyou,

    Kind Regards
